Yes. A free account keeps working and keeps every feature — it just has daily limits: 3 topical packs, 2 mock papers, 2 hardest-question packs, 2 topical flashcard decks and 2 live classes a day. Limits reset at midnight UAE time, and whole past papers are always free and never counted.
Premium is $5 USD a month, or $40 USD a year (which works out about 33% cheaper). It is a subscription: it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Creem, which is the merchant of record — you can see prices in your local currency on the pricing page, though the charge itself is made in USD.
Yes, cancel any time from the billing portal — there is a link on the pricing page once you are subscribed, and no need to email anyone. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account simply drops back to the free daily limits. Nothing is deleted: every mock paper, topical pack and deck you built stays in your library.
Prices are set in USD so they are the same for every student. The pricing page shows an approximate figure in your local currency to make the price easier to judge, but your bank converts at its own rate on the day, so the exact amount on your statement can differ slightly.
Cambridge (CAIE) AS and A-Level syllabi are supported — Mathematics 9709, Physics 9702, Chemistry 9701, Biology 9700 and more — along with Pearson Edexcel IAL units and AQA spec codes like 7357.
Yes. Payment details are handled by Ziina, so card credentials do not touch this app server.
